Bowman Hilton is an all age creative community with 12 NEW tiny house spaces, 77 space all‐age mobile home park with 45 MH pads, 31 RV pads, and one single-family residence on 30 acres on unincorporated land near Puyallup in Pierce County, WA.
There is a nice, large clubhouse with an office, kitchen, laundry room, billiard room, showers and ample gathering space alongside the Puyallup River. We have a pool to relax in. Management is on-site. We offer full hook-ups and RV storage is available.
The RV park and tiny house communities are separated and made to be their own communities within the park.
