About Mary Ponsness Insurance Agency
A Message From Mary And Dave
As your local Farmers® agent in Moses Lake, WA, we help our customers like you understand your insurance coverage and identify your needs. We understand the importance of protecting your assets today and in the future. With our personal one-on-one service, we are here to serve you. While we are based in Moses Lake, we actively service all of Washington and Oregon.
Dave and I are very active in our community and our church. We both have extensive experience in the insurance industry having worked with medical insurance. We have expanded our knowledge and education now to include auto, home, renters, business, farms, commercial, health and now tiny homes.
We prefer to think of ourselves in the asset protection business rather than insurance sales. We provide guidance and education for our customers so that they can make an informed decision on how to best protect what they have worked so hard to achieve.

Why Insure Your Tiny Home?
Tiny homes range in the cost from $30,000 to $150,000 to build, if not more. Insurance will help you protect your investment. Whether you plan on placing your tiny home on property or moving it, having insurance protection is critical. If your tiny home is financed, insurance will be a requirement. Even if insurance is not a requirement, it is always wise to get insurance, especially for tiny homes on wheels, to be protected from theft.
