NYU Designs is a bay area firm founded by Paul Nyulassie. Paul is the Architectural Designer of Digz2Go, specializing in Modular Design and Construction, tiny houses and ADUs.
Paul Nyulassie is a collaborative partner with Tiny House Alliance USA and he is on the senior member advisory team. We are grateful for his expertise and appreciate his support of our nonprofit.
Paul has been working in the Architectural and Construction industry for the last 26 years and owns a Modular factory in Newman, California.
He earned his Architectural degree in 1992 from Cal Poly Pomona, University while working for Zimmerman Architects & Planners. He had the opportunity to work on the VDL Neutra House restoration drawings and coordinated the Salon D’ International Architectural Exhibit in Milan Italy & UCLA. He later taught Building Methods & Space Planning at FIDM San Diego & San Francisco.
Paul also works as a construction cost estimator and a project manager with very large general contractors in San Francisco. Paul shifted from stick frame construction to Modular. Digz2Go tiny houses and Modular homes are certified By RADCO.

RADCO, founded in 1967 is recognized as an independent third-party testing laboratory (TL-209), listing agency, and a Quality Assurance Inspection Agency (AA-650) by IAS (International Accreditation Service, Inc.). RADCO is also nationally recognized as a Design Approval Inspection Agency (DAPIA) and Inspection Primary Inspection Agency (IPIA) for the Manufactured Housing program (HUD) and can provide DAPIA and IPIA certification for any state modular program that allows a third-party to do so.
In addition to being certified, all homes are built with premier materials, licensed plumbers and electricians, following the CalGreen Building Code Standards.

Paul takes a special pride in offering loan to value estimates with an initial consultation at no cost to the client. Paul will help you determine if the cost is feasible for you and his company.
On the initial consultation, Paul will walk you through all the processes, including the planning department, building department, public works , fire department, and estimated building permit costs and additional costs including architectural, structural engineering, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire sprinkler drawings, civil grading drawings, and foundation choices.
