RADCO is recognized as an independent third-party testing laboratory (TL-209), listing agency, and a Quality Assurance Inspection Agency (AA-650) by IAS (International Accreditation Service, Inc.). RADCO is also nationally recognized as a Design Approval Inspection Agency (DAPIA) and Inspection Primary Inspection Agency (IPIA) for the Manufactured Housing program (HUD).
RADCO can also provide Plan Approval and Inspections certification for any state modular program that has a recognized modular program.

RADCO has been providing plan review and inspection services for the HUD manufactured housing and state modular building industry for over 50 years. With experienced Engineers, and certified Plan Reviewers and Inspectors, we are poised to serve the HUD manufactured housing in all states and also state modular building industry in every state (and parts of Canada) that has recognized modular programs.
For states that do not have a recognized modular program, RADCO can provide assistance for plan review and/or inspections in those states as well. In addition, we have the ability to provide consulting and guidance to new Manufacturers who are exploring the HUD Manufactured Housing Industry or the diverse state modular programs and regulations for those who need assistance with certification. They can provide feedback and suggest solutions for specific design problems to help the Manufacturer accomplish compliance.

As a nationally recognized third-party inspection agency, RADCO conducts dealership audits to verify NMEDA accredited locations are compliant with ADA and NMEDA QAP requirements. As a third party, RADCO also maintains label reporting data for NMEDA dealer label reporting requirements.

RADCO is accredited by IAS. IAS is a nonprofit, public-benefit corporation that has been providing accreditation services since 1975.
IAS accredits a wide range of companies and organizations including governmental entities, commercial businesses, and professional associations. IAS accreditation programs are based on recognized national and international standards that ensure domestic and/or global acceptance of its accreditations.
IAS receives funding revenue through the provision of accreditation services, and the renewal of these services, as well as training offerings. These revenues are further used to participate and engage in developing industry based accreditation programs, domestic and international schemes including participation in standards development.
