South Bay RV Resort is a small RV Resort located in Westport WA, right on the Bayside (beautiful view) There are a total of 13 RV Pads. They are still under construction, but spots will be available March 1st. Your welcome to apply early and put down deposit to reserve a spot.
•Screening fee – $50 (per person over 18)
•Monthly Rent- $550
•Security Deposit – $250
•Water/Sewer/Garbage- Included in rent
•Tenant pays own Electricity- each spot is metered so you pay for what you use.
•Pets- dogs only (some restrictions)
Screening fee is non refundable. Must pass credit and full background check to be considered. RV can’t be older than 2010.
Full hook up. 30/50 amp, water and sewer.
Laundry room will be done in the next few months.

About Westport, Washington
Westport, WA is located at the mouth of Grays Harbor on the southernmost peninsula known as Point Chehalis. The area was in regular use as a summer resort by local Native American tribes before Thomas Barker Speake and his family, the first white settlers, arrived early in the summer of 1857.
By 1914, Westport was a busy, though small center for fishing, shell fish harvesting, seafood processing and tourism. Among the earliest structures built at Westport, the Westport Lighthouse, dedicated on April 14, 1898, still stands as a majestic beacon for weary mariners anxious to return home from the sea. The City of Westport was incorporated on June 26, 1914.
