We are very excited to share that West Coast Homes has joined Tiny House Alliance USA as a new commercial member. They are a manufacturer that offer many diverse services and are located in Lynden, Washington.
West Coast Homes build custom homes and ADUs, tiny homes, & park models for clients in the top northwest corner of Washington State, though they also have built and delivered tiny homes & park models all throughout Washington and are approved through Washington State Labor & Industries, which is required of Wa.state manufacturers or manufacturers that ship into the state of Washington.
West Coast Homes has been building beautiful custom homes, tiny homes, park models and ADUs since 2011. They combine design expertise and construction management to create thoughtfully built homes—big, tiny, or in-between.

Park Models
Tiny Homes
West Coast Homes Park Models are built according to ANSI 119.5 Recreational Park Trailer Standards. Inspections are completed by Washington State Labor & Industries. ( L & ).
West Coast Homes tiny homes are built according to the I (IRC) and follow the Washington State Energy Code and are inspected by Washington State Labor & Industries.
Modular Homes
Custom Homes
West Coast Homes also builds modular homes built off-site if you want to have a home built larger than 400 square feet. Both park models and tiny homes are subject to the 400 square feet footprint.
West Coast Homes also builds traditionally sized homes as well built off-site and are built to the Wa state energy code and applicale building codes, and are inspected by Wa. state L& I.

After we meet with you initially to discuss your home construction and needs/wants, we prepare a preliminary budget (cost estimate) and project proposal that outlines the scope of work. Once these documents are completed, we review the proposal line-by-line together to ensure we’re on the same page when it comes to performance expectations. If the cost of construction is higher than you anticipated, we discuss ways to value engineer the project to make it fit your dreams and your budget.
What is value engineering? This is the process we tackle when a client can’t afford their original dream home. Sadly, we often dream bigger than our construction budgets, but don’t be discouraged. At WCH, we work backwards from your budget, deducting your non-negotiable costs and employing the remaining balance to prioritize needs versus wants. We draw on creativity to introduce different materials and finishes that align your dream with your budget.
The home construction process can be both fun and enjoyable. From concept to project completion, we strive to ensure this through construction project management services. Our team has the experience, knowledge, and creativity to deal with the day-to-day challenges of construction management, and is well-versed in providing solutions to the inevitable challenges that arise along the way. We’ve hand-picked products that are of good value and work within our tiny home and park model parameters. The hard work is done, you just have to pick from our beautifully curated selections.
At WCH, we take pride in the quality of our construction. We provide a full one-year warranty on our construction, and pass on manufacturers’ warranties for all products that are installed.
