Wind River Tiny Homes Joins THAUS

Less House More Home

Wind River Tiny Homes needs no introduction as their tiny homes are instantly recognized as some of the favorites in the industry. Wind River Tiny Homes designs  with your budget, tastes, lifestyle, passions and needs.

The Wind River team are the masters of designing small inviting spaces, with innovative uses of space, blending light with colors that evoke warmth, reflecting the lifestyle and dreams of each new client  turning their tiny house into a stunning home.

On behalf of Tiny House Alliance USA, we welcome Wind River Tiny Homes Homes as a new commercial member of THAUS. We are very grateful for their kind support.

Wind River Tiny Homes was founded in 2014 in Chattanooga, Tennessee by Travis Pike, who built the Wind River Bungalow (pictured above) for him and his wife. Since then, they have grown exponentially and shipped their homes all across the country. They specialize in custom hand-crafted Tiny Homes on Wheels (THOW) certified by Pacific West Associates, shells for the DIY enthusiast, commercial tiny spaces and backyard offices.

Legacy Builds Heading To Colorado

We’re really excited to start sharing pictures of three of our Legacy builds we’ve been working on over the last several months! These rustic cabins are heading to central Colorado and were designed to blend in with the western landscape and look as if they were built 100 years ago.

We don’t currently offer these exact one-off tiny home models but we are certainly able to achieve some similar aesthetics in any of our new models that we do offer.

Meet The Team

Travis Pyke

Caleb Knowles

Paul Beckham

CEO, Chief Design Officer

COO, Production Engineer

CFO, Sales Executive

Our founder, a visionary thinker, and gifted designer, craftsman, and artist. Travis is as kind as he is driven, as focused as he is creative. Not least: he founded Wind River after building and living in his own tiny home with his family. When he’s not here dreaming, building, and meticulously ensuring the quality of your home, you’re likely to find him mountaineering in the Wind River Range.

A company owner, he’s the glue that holds the team together. We call him our “Swiss Army knife” because he can solve any problem — always with a teacher’s spirit, a master builder’s skills, a voice of reason, and a ready laugh. Fun fact: he’s also passionate about tying flies for his many fishing adventures around the world.

Dialed into the intricacies of business management, Paul is our guru of all things financial and an advocate for tiny home legalization and acceptance. Forward thinking and service-driven, he understands all of the intricate systems that go into building a tiny home, and how to help our clients make their dream a reality. On the weekends, he’s often backpacking with friends and family.

Dea Lisica

Dustin Lehmann

Amelia Dicks

Creative Director, Director Of Operations

Senior Manager, Systems Engineer

Sales Associate, Customer Advocate

Dea brings an eye for style and design to everything she does, whether leading our marketing or helping clients understand and articulate their vision.

A multi-tasker who brings passion and out-of-the-box thinking, she’s also pretty gnarly on a snowboard.

Dustin is a jack of all trades, and master of everything he touches. Our resident jokester, he is also meticulous, relentlessly focused on quality and functionality, and big-hearted. He might not want to be in your photo shoot, but he’d give you the shirt off his back. Oh, and he also kills it on the drifting circuit.

The newest addition to our team, Amelia has quickly become indispensable as a driven, level-headed, and perceptive Customer Champion.

On her days off, you’ll find her trail running, teaching flute lessons, or playing in the Chattanooga Symphony.

Wind River Tiny Homes-Simplify Your Life

”In all the work that we put into our homes, the smallest of details matter to us.

Our craftsmen are continually stepping back from their projects and tasks to really look at the work being done to make sure they would put their name on it as if it were their own home. From the way materials align and come together to the finished edge of a piece of trim, you can be assured that the last thing we are thinking about before falling asleep each night is how we can make your tiny home that much better.”
